Symptoms & Diagnosis
- Dizziness/Vertigo is caused by:
- Age related degeneration of Vestibular System
- Disease or infection
- Benign Paroxysmal Vertigo (BPPV)
- Meniere’s Disease
- Acute or Chronic dizziness that is unresponsive to medication
- History of falls due to dizziness
- Balance Problems
- Significant balance dysfunction not caused by neurological problems
- Inability to walk or carry on a normal routine without falling
- Hearing loss or hearing problems
- Localizing sound in a crowded environment with significant background noise.
- Complete loss of hearing in one or both ears caused by aging, head trauma, disease or infection.
- Ringing in the ears (Tinnitus)
- Autoimmune inner ear disease
- Cholesteatoma
- Acoustic Neurinoma
